MoveItCold is solving old problems other manufacturers have avoided. Having sold small refrigerated trailers for five years many of those problems have been routed through me to the manufacturers not only by rental companies but customers that bought their own trailers. For the past two years I have been working on documenting the problems and finding a manufacturer that will manufacture trailers the way I want them manufactured to eliminate these problems. I am proud to announce the first prototype of these trailers has arrived and I have tested it above 90° for 48 hours it has been able to maintain a -2° without any problems.
• Better Painted Chassis. Pait Job to Last 10 Years
• Easy to close doors. Some manufacturers have doors that need move strength to open. This new design will make it much easier
• Scroll compressor. Scroll compressor are the most durable. Some manufacturers use reciprocating hermetically sealed compressors which aren’t meant to be used on the road.
• Low pressure cut off switch. Protect the compressor if the refrigerant runs low.
• Oil Catcher/Separator/Drain: Protect the compressor from excessive oil getting in.
• Overload and underload protection. Help ensure power supply to refrigeration unit.
• Extra Heavy-Duty Power Cord for extended 50’ length. 20amp power cords can only supply power of about 25’. The 50’ 10/3 30amp power cord will allow for longer reaches.
• New Refrigeration system: The first small refrigerated trailer to comply with the new EPA regulations to meet the lower GPW.
• Protection fins for coils so road debris doesn’t bother them.
